Carol and Todd Witham purchased the first properties as a place for the family to fish, hunt, find solitude, and enjoy the beauty of Stuttgart.
Our story
From a place to gather to a livelihood.
The Withams had been coming to Stuttgart for years as lifelong outdoorsmen and admirers of agriculture. In 2014, the chance to own a small slice of the place they loved changed the family’s course.
2014
The first properties are purchased
The beginning
A small slice of Stuttgart became something more.
Carol and Todd Witham purchased the first few acres so the family could fish, hunt, and find solitude together. Over time, their use of the land evolved from leisure to livelihood.
When the family’s timber business sold in 2021, Todd, Corbin, and Luke chose to farm full time and pursue their passion for working closely with nature and with one another.
Learning the profession as first-generation farmers was hard, especially with a team of only three. Their dedication to creating something future generations could carry forward kept them going through difficult seasons.

2021
From leisure to livelihood
After the family’s timber business sold, Todd, Corbin, and Luke began farming full time and turned a long-held admiration for agriculture into their daily work.
2024
The team begins to grow
After years with a team of three, the farm became large enough to hire its first employee outside the family. Corbin and Luke now lead daily operations with multiple employees.
Today
Working toward the next generation
Todd continues to support the farm while enjoying his new role as Grandpa, and the family remains dedicated to building something future generations can carry forward.

The beginning
Carol and Todd purchased the first farm properties in 2014. Todd helped run the farm full time through 2024 and now supports the operation while enjoying being Grandpa.
Corbin
Day-to-day operations
Corbin is Carol and Todd’s son. He and his brother Luke now maintain the farm’s day-to-day operations with their team.
Luke
Day-to-day operations
Luke is Carol and Todd’s son. He works alongside Corbin to keep the operation moving through every season.
Mallory & Riley
The next generation
Mallory is married to Corbin, and they welcomed Riley in 2025. Riley loves big equipment, tractor rides with Dad and Grandpa, and checking fields in the Polaris.
